Mykonos Gold is a private concierge based on Mykonos. You tell us your dates, who is travelling and what the trip should feel like, and we arrange it through vetted local partners: villas, airport and port transfers, yacht days, helicopter flights, private chefs, beach club and restaurant tables, security and staff. Each request gets one written proposal with clear options, so you decide once instead of chasing ten suppliers. Nothing is booked until you approve it in writing. Mykonos is small, but each part of the island suits a different trip. Chora, with Little Venice and the Kato Mili windmills, is the place for sunset drinks, shopping and late dinners, and its centre is mostly closed to cars. The south coast, from Ornos and Psarou to Platis Gialos, Paradise, Elia and Kalo Livadi, holds the beach clubs and the more sheltered bays when the summer north wind blows. The north, around Agios Sostis, Panormos and Ftelia, is wilder and quieter, and inland Ano Mera keeps a village pace. What does a luxury concierge in Mykonos do?

How far in advance should I book a concierge on Mykonos?
For July and August, start as early as you can, ideally several months ahead, because the best villas, yachts and restaurant tables for peak weeks go first. June and September usually leave more choice. Shorter notice can still work, and we will tell you honestly what is still available for your dates.
How much does a Mykonos concierge service cost?
There is no fixed price list. Rates on Mykonos change every season and depend on your dates, group size and the partners involved, so every request is quoted in writing. You see the full quote and the terms of each booking before you pay anything, and nothing is confirmed until you approve it.
Do I need to be a member to book with Mykonos Gold?
You can send a request through the booking form without being a member. Membership in the TOP, ELITE or GOLD tiers adds priority handling, a dedicated concierge and wider access to reservations, and GOLD members can request the Secret Rituals. The become a member page explains how each tier works.
Can you arrange transfers from Mykonos airport and the ports?
Yes. We arrange private transfers from Mykonos airport (JMK), the New Port at Tourlos and the Old Port in Chora to your villa or hotel. Send your flight or ferry details with your request and the driver's details are confirmed in writing before you travel. Private jet and helicopter arrivals can be met too.
Can you handle last-minute requests during my stay?
Yes, as far as the island allows. In high season some boats, tables and drivers are booked out days ahead, so a same-day request is not always possible. Email the concierge with what you need and when, and we reply with what is actually available rather than a promise we cannot keep.
When is the best time of year to visit Mykonos?
The season usually runs from May to October. July and August are the busiest and liveliest months, often with a strong north wind called the meltemi. June and September tend to be calmer, with warm sea and easier reservations. Many beach clubs and restaurants close in late autumn, so ask us about the off-season before you plan.
